jaeclectic | goldilocks syndrome

Still hoping to look at more places in SF, but not finding very many that meet basic parameters (i.e., include parking, not a huge step down from current place, a little less expensive).

Saw two more places in east bay today. Both really nice, both a smidge less than current rent but still more than I'm really comfortable with, both actually more space than I need, neither exactly the home of my dreams -- which is what it would take to be worth the hassle of moving and still paying close to the same rent.

So, last week I saw a place that would have been perfect with one more room (and I would happily have paid a couple hundred dollars more than they were asking, if that room had been there), today I saw places that would be great with a little less room and rent trimmed to match.

*sigh*

Patience. This is a lesson in patience.
