And you know the tech support person will make me do over what I've already done, i.e. run the setup utility and then follow all the instructions under troubleshooting in the user's guide. All while talking to me like I'm an idiot, which I am about some things, but not so much about this kind of stuff, you know? That is, they will if they ever pick up the phone.
