I am pleased, relieved, and suddenly quite nervous about needing to tell my boss.
Just talked to my boss, who very nicely congratulated me. We're going to go through the process of seeing if the powers that be wish to make a counter-offer, but it seems unlikely in the extreme that they will come up with anything to tempt me.
