I had a really lovely Xmas day: lunch and hanging out with K&K, then on to B&W's for more hanging out with more of my favorite people. And OMG so much really good food. Then I came home and drank more wine and pet the kitties while watching the rest of 1000 Years of Popular Music.

Also: K&K gave me a gift certificate for Britex. *squeee*

Due to the mysterious influence of strange brain chemicals, I am up weirdly early (again). But feeling very cheerful withal.

OK, so I've got a really bad attitude about the holidays (among other things), but The Atheism Song provided a bit of cheer:

Not everything can be helped by a glass of wine and a serving of soy sausages and a good CD in the stereo, but some things can.

Just got a package from K&K containing a very sparkly gift-wrapped something.
Also, two xmas cards from friends in PA.
Maybe the holidays don't totally, utterly, 100% suck, after all.
