Geographic literacy test

I myself did better than I expected, through the magic of multiple-choice (e.g., I don't really know exactly where Argentina is, but I know it's in South America, and I know the really big one is Brazil, and in this test that's enough to get the right answer).

In addition to one's own shame (or pride as the case may be), this also shows how a sample of 18-24 year olds world wide fared. Apparently Swedish schools are the best, and Mexican the worst (geographically speaking). Such interesting trivia: Great Britain scored the worst at picking out the US on a map! and so on.

first paycheck arrived today

so exciting! gosh, I can't wait to see one that's for a full month :)
