irony du jour

I had a moment of panic (well that's a little strong, perhaps I should say dread) when I learned that the Bay Bridge would be closed Saturday night, since I'm going to be in The City with my made-in-Peru friends, and had concluded that I would have to take my car. But then I found out that they will be running BART all night. Just like they ought to all the time! What a stroke of luck!
