Yesterday, I took decongestants all day, went out to lunch with my coworker L, and actually made it to the gym for the first time since getting back -- and then had trouble getting to sleep, because of:
a) lingering side-effects from decongestants
b) absurd sensitivity to caffiene, i.e., 1 cup of green tea at lunchtime
c) finally recuperating past the stage of needing 10 hours of sleep every night
d) body not remembering how to cope with exercise
e) all of the above
f) none of the above? who knows...
When I finally did sleep, I had odd & mildly anxious dreams, but I don't remember them well.
At the moment, I am feeling happy that my noon meeting got deferred until Thursday. I should really be anxious to have the meeting & get the information, but it was nice to spend the hour eating lunch and goofing off, instead.
Anyway, I am still not quite 100% but starting to feel halfway human. Hmm, think I'll go take another icky decongestant right now, just for good measure.

Anyway, I am in fact much improved, albeit not quite 100%. Hope your post-vacation cold goes away faster than mine!
