Just came across a list of overseas travel I'd done -- actually used to carry this because I was a regular blood donor, and when I went in to the blood bank they would always ask some question like "have you been out of the country in the past X years?" and I could never remember exactly where I had been, when.

I transcribe said list here, reading with difficulty the blurred pencil esp where the paper is folded, as a new form of external memory:
