homeward bound

Well, my ear is not *completely* clogged this AM. I wish I knew whether the decongestants yesterday had helped or hurt. I'm going to look so chic on the plane with my bottle of nyquil, the very image of a person you don't want to sit next to...
Meanwhile, I am seriously worried about how much weight I've gained on this trip. It's probably 5 pounds, but I fear 10. *sigh* Funny how knowing better doesn't always save you.
Other than all that, I am seriously glad to be heading home. Looking forward to seeing the kitties, and to collapsing in a nyquil-induced stupor in *my own bed*, yay!
Wish I had a completely empty day tomorrow, but in fact I have: the appointment with the dermatologist in the early afternoon, then an appointment with my chiropractor, and then my book club in the evening. Ah well, at least I have the morning to laze.
Then work on Wednesday, complete with an interview (one of the nice young IxDs from SIMS AKA Berkeley iSchool) and my performance review, woo frickin hoo. Hope my energy level is up by then.
