(over) reaction

Something happened today at work that pissed me off. So much that other people (not involved in any way) noticed that something was wrong. And 9 hours later I am still fuming.

Even though rationally, what it all comes down to is that I wasted probably one half hour of time, because one person said something was approved and then another person vetoed it.

I know that this is really, truly not worth being upset over. But my brain will not stop replaying the fantasy where I tell these two guys to go have a pissing contest and let me know when they've decided who's in charge.
