Or otherwise, why should I care? No doubt this list will be evolving, but here's a start:

- a shoebox full of misc sunscreen (nothing wrong with it, just not my favorite brand)
- many 3-ring binders
- a very swell hat that I bought for Halloween a couple o' years ago (probably could sell it, but I'd rather give it to someone who would appreciate it :)
- a very large and somewhat battered turquoise rug
- probably some plants, as well as pots sans plants
- whatever it is that I'm forgetting right now...

Then there is various stuff that I will be attempting to sell, so if you need any furniture (double bed, desk, wardrobe, maybe some bookcases, storage chest / bench thing, etc) just holler for details, I am keen to be rid of stuff.
