I am about to meet with my realtor to "remove contingencies" on the condo purchase. That means I am really buying the place. Surreal, exciting, anticlimactic? all this and more.

Closing went fine. Move-in will be a while yet, I am currently trying to schedule contractors to get some work done on the place. Thanks for asking :)

we bought a house about 1.5 years ago -- talk about stress at times. You just want to have it over at points.. I love your profile photos, btw, and the tattoo on the arm
