wow stupid tired

I just had a moment of realizing that I am so tired I actually feel kind of stoned. I guess it is not surprising that I'd be tired on the 4th day of CHI, since I've been generally:
- getting up extra early (except yesterday I didn't)
- attending sessions from 8:30 or 9:30 until 6:00 every day (again, except yesterday when I skipped the early session)
- getting on my laptop and working *every* break
- staying after for social / networking stuff (once more, except for yesterday)
- commuting to and from San Jose to do all of the above
And now I'm bleeding on top of all that.
Still, I did think taking it a bit easier yesterday would have more impact on how I feel today... Maybe it is partly diet? I have certainly been off my routine there, as well, probably ingesting twice as much refined sugar than normal.
Ah well. One more day, and thankfully I did insist on working at home tomorrow.
And you know, strangely, I don't feel the tired when I'm there -- the situation tends to buoy me up.
OK, time to hustle...
