jaeclecticThis evening, I am planning to attend a vintage waltz dance party hosted by my dance instructor. There is a lesson at the beginning (which I will also attend, because I can still use all the lessons I can get).
Those of you who do not have other plans for this evening should come along :)
In related news, my dance instructor is also selling twirly skirts and costumey bits on Etsy, and is using me as a model / reference body for "plus" size items. This basically means I tried on one of her skirts, she took some pictures of me in it, and also took my measurements to use while making additional items. I'm not sure whether I get a discount, but if I buy anything from her I will know it will fit perfectly! And she's a fun person to hang out with, anyway. So if any of you (particularly larger women) think that sounds like something you would want to do, I will introduce you.
