vacation mode

My overnight stay at Point Reyes was enough to make me feel like I'm on vacation, which was exactly what I wanted. Got home yesterday afternoon, sun-burned, and have the weekend to relax before starting work.

Last night, James invited me to come along with some of the Moons of Mondo crew to dinner at a Mexican place in Alameda, following by seeing Sky Captain, a movie of many giggles and a few ooohs.

Today I have to do a couple of chores (notably: washing the car), but should have a few hours to just hang out with the kitties. This evening, will be having dinner with L & N, probably at Speisekammer.

Tomorrow, the Morrissey concert. (Major goal: avoid more sunburn on top of current sunburn.)
