jaeclectic...but true, it's a rough time of year. This year, particularly rough.
I woke up a bit headachey today, apparently was clenching my teeth all night. It's a beautiful day, and I have no particular plans for the weekend, only a few errands to run.
If my knees didn't hurt, I'd go hiking.
If I wasn't worried about losing my job, maybe I'd go shopping.
If I wasn't so goddamned shy, I'd call someone.
There is some peculiar overly-romantic mixed metaphor floating in my head, with me as a valiant warrior slashing away at the air with my sword, trying to fight off the swooping vultures of self-pity.
I don't want to sit here and sulk, really I don't.
