jaeclecticpart 1: Seeing in the news that your company's CEO resigned a week ago. And, um, they just didn't mention it.
part 2: Walking by your boss' office and seeing that he is packing up all his stuff in big boxes. Despite the fact that nothing is actually known yet.
Still kinda wondering if I should have volunteered to be laid off. Maybe it's not too late.
It is just really hard to imagine this is going to be a fun place to work.
And you know, with the stock options, it's more like 5 months severance. I'll never, ever get that kind of deal again.
Not that we really know if they are taking volunteers or not.
