Those of you who have been reading all my work-related posts have been seeing lots of "current mood: grumpy, anxious, conflicted..." I've been posting about it a lot, 'cause it's on my mind.

But I'm not uniformly miserable. There's been good stuff going on as well. Low-key, basic enjoyment of life, day to day. Little things that hardly seem worth mentioning individually, but that do add up.

For instance, the sun is out right now. I feel enormously pleased by that.
