not much to report
Jan. 31st, 2005 09:46 amI had an OK weekend, but pretty resoundingly quiet. The main social highlight was dinner with K&K on Friday -- which still feels like a special treat, I am not quite adjusted to having them back in town :)
Saturday, worked several hours on AP stuff, went for a walk around Lake Merritt, and then spent the evening on very light reading, indulging my taste for children's or "young adult" fantasy novels (another way of maintaining my fetching air of immaturity?), specifically: Stevermer and Wrede's Sorcery and Cecilia.
Sunday I managed the bare minimum of life maintenance chores and then sank back into the armchair for more light reading (now re-reading Freedom and Necessity for the umpteenth time, having gotten into the epistolary novel mode). I was (and still am, for that matter) feeling extremely tired, which I interpret as 1/2 allergies kicking in and 1/2 emotional reaction to a week of stressful non-events.
