old year, new year
Jan. 1st, 2004 11:40 amI was going to imitate Wanda's post with the list of questions, but when I tried to come up with answers, it just reinforced how little really happened in my life in 2003. No births, no deaths, no new job or place to live or relationship or hobby. No discoveries, no one-night stands. Nothing that felt like an adventure.
One long holding pattern... Well, almost.
Looking at the questions did remind me about the DUX conference, which was a huge investment of time and energy for the first 5 months of the year. I am not quite convinced I want to do a lot more of that, but it was a good experience.
Also, I may have mostly travelled to places I've been to before, but I did finally satisfy my long-time desire to see Firenze.
Still, it doesn't seem like much to have to say about a year.
So I guess my overall desire for 2004 is to have more to say for myself.
