jaeclecticThis claims to be able to determine an author's gender, using an admittedly "simplified" keyword-based algorithm. It's supposed to be 80% accurate.
Based on a sample of my LJ entries, it almost always thinks I'm male. I even tried concatenating a bunch of entries so I safely exceeded the suggested 500 word minimum. I'm curious to know how other folks rate.
Also: When I click on the link that informs the site of my actual gender, the little popup window says:
"That is one butch chick."
