and in general
Jul. 9th, 2005 10:09 amIt's been a pretty good week, all in all. Randomly:
- Work was good. Working at home on Wednesday was really good.
- All my UK friends are OK.
- I am thrilled for
eac, and hope the positive job-search vibe overflows onto others who need it.
- Had a really nice time at Zeitgeist last night, socializing with various SIMS alumni, some of whom I see often, some only occasionally, and some not for years (such as the instigator, Mary T1, in from Vancouver). Lovely folks, one and all. As noted previously, I really like Peter's boy Bourbon. Just so sweet. Not to mention Dhea's Joe. Well, and everyone.
It's now a little after 10AM on Saturday, which means I have gotten up in time to make brunch with a different (possibly but not necessarily overlapping) set of SIMS alumni and hangers-on. If I back away from the computer now, I even have time to wash my hair, which might help to clear my head a little.
