Just went to usairways.com to check the arrival time of my flight to UK, and it said I have no reservations!
Fortunately (in a wierd stretch of the concept "fortunate"), I have had so many previous issues with their web site that although alarmed, I did not actually panic. Instead I called, indeed my reservations are still in the system, and the person I spoke to put in a request to have the reservation added back into whatever separate system the web site uses, so that I will actually be able to print out my electronic ticket and so on...
However, I seem to recall that when I called a couple of months ago to ask why one page still said I was travelling October 1, and the other page which had the correct date said that I had to "call to get a price for this itinerary" when I had already bought the ticket... anyway, the person I spoke to then said much the same thing about putting in the correction, and it should be done in about an hour, and certainly if I check tomorrow it will be all fixed... (and of course, I got busy and forgot to check so who knows -- but my guess is that half of the system still thought my flight was 1 Oct so of course it is no longer a current reservation).
Anyway, this time I will check tomorrow, and be on the phone again if I don't see my ticket!
