A person at work who I don't really know spontaneously informed me that he'd heard I was working on this particular project and that I'd been described as "a godsend".

*preens*

Just got home and discovered that my sister sent me a box of chocolates and *another* teddy bear for V-day.*

In between, busy day at work, the kind with many meetings -- but tomorrow I have no meetings on my calendar, zero, zilch! so I will be able to sit at my desk and get stuff done, yay!


* Aside: I should restrain my sense of humor around my sister -- when I said about her xmas gift "how did you know I needed a teddy bear?" that was not *supposed* to be her cue to get me another one... *sigh*

Awww, it's always good to be reminded that you're super. :) Even if it does mean accruing multiple stuffed animals. Once you have a whole car-load, you can take them to the Children's Hospital and donate them! (If kitties don't make them covered in hair.)
