CHI & BayCHI & BayCHI East, oh my

jaeclecticI'm going to CHI -- company is paying, all basic arrangements made, except: I am planning to do this in the *middle* of my vacation trip to PA, which I haven't yet organized because I was waiting to hear about CHI (e.g., I have a flight from Pgh to Montreal, but not yet the flight from OAK to PIT).
Even so, big yay! And does anyone have any tips about things to see & do in Montreal? I plan to stay an extra day so I can look around...
Meanwhile, back at the anxiety ranch, I am getting stressed about the little BayCHI East thing which I haven't yet publicized or even worked out all the logistics for getting access to the room... To all possibly interested parties who are not going to the IA Summit, please come!
Meanwhile, back at the inertia ranch, I should really go to the main BayCHI meeting in Palo Alto tonight, because I could do a little announcement for BayCHI East, and because it sounds interesting. But since I'm in Oakland rather than San Bruno, it will be an uphill fight.
