jaeclecticI still don't know if my offer on the Park Ave place is going to be accepted (although technically it has expired, so I can walk away if I choose). My realtor says the other realtor says he's having difficulty reaching his client, and apparently seemed genuinely anxious not to discourage us. So the odds have gone from 50-50 to pretty good.
Meanwhile, I went to an open house for a place over in Adams Point that is quite nice -- not a loft, not nearly as sexy, but pleasant and bright and plenty of space and lots of closets -- and it costs 44K less than Park Ave.
I am just trying not to think too much, because it seems pointless to agonize over a decision that I may not be given a chance to make.
But life would be simpler if the place I saw today didn't appeal to me.
