jaeclecticWell, I have decide to go ahead and make an offer on the place in Adams Point. And I've decided to back out of the place in Emeryville (even if I don't get the place in Adams Point).
A key factor was realizing that the Adams Point place reminded me a lot of my old apartment in Berkeley, which I really liked.
Also: if you can fall in love with closets, I'm in love.
And light. Light is so romantic.
