Well, I have decide to go ahead and make an offer on the place in Adams Point. And I've decided to back out of the place in Emeryville (even if I don't get the place in Adams Point).

A key factor was realizing that the Adams Point place reminded me a lot of my old apartment in Berkeley, which I really liked.

Also: if you can fall in love with closets, I'm in love.

And light. Light is so romantic.

Well, stay tuned. We'll see what happens.

sounds like that is where you feel you would be happy, and really, that's what its all about with housing. you have to go with your gut reaction.

[and the no-standing-in-the-bedroom tied to the expense really would be a dealbreaker for me.]

Adams Point is a great area, I always liked it much better than Emeryville so yaaay! Good luck. :)
