jaeclectic1. I am drunk.
2. Yet, I had the willpower and self-discipline to achieve my goal of getting back to my hotel room early enough to get a good night's sleep.
3. I acquired a black Google T-shirt. And a tin full of magnet toy thingies, wheee! Google wins for best schwag (even though they long since missed their chances to hire me :)
4. OTOH, the Yahoo party wins for best food. But since it was invite only, they didn't have to deal with the masses of piranas.
5. Part of my brain has noticed that I sure don't meet any single men here.
6. But other than that detail, I do get to chat with lots of swell people. Basically, still the happy conference me.
p.s. Finally met Becca. Entirely as charming as I'd expect any friend of StephBadgerBenWandaJames&Eva to be. Hope I get to talk with her a bit more :)
p.p.s. In the panel session on tagging today, I was reminded that I'm supposed to be tagging my entries "chi2006" not just "chi". But heck, no one counts LJ anyway...
