Called the advise nurse, who readily agreed that after more than a week, it was right for me to call, and antibiotics are now in order.

After a very long complicated conversation, we figured out that Kaiser has a pharmacy at the location in San Bruno (literally around the block from here) so hopefully I can pick up the prescription right after the meeting that ends at 4, and then go directly home and back to bed.

And I am currently IM-ing someone to explain that I probably can't make a meeting planned for tomorrow (thus I will be able to stay home).

I am tempted to go to one of the rooms with sofas and take a nap right now... if only it wasn't quite so public. I am surely not feeling very productive.

Yucko! I hope the antibiotics help kick the beasties out once and for all. Sorry you're feeling so crappy. Get your pills, leave soon to beat traffic, and get yourself home.
