Hopefully within a couple of days, but no guarantee -- and of course, there may well be a round of negotiation rather than a flat yes/no.

Meanwhile, I am fretting about how I might arrange my furniture. I am sure there really is enough space, especially given closets galore, I just haven't yet had that "aha" moment when I figure out the way it's going to work for me... plus I managed to miss a couple of walls when I was measuring, doh!
