take note!
Jul. 5th, 2006 08:43 pmSome actual packing has now occurred. Not that some things very like packing hadn't already occurred, but not the kind where you tape up the box.
I am still mildly freaked out about work, but it is too late in the evening to worry about it -- and for at least this fleeting moment, I feel reasonable calm about the move.
Tons of stuff still to do, but only a handful of things that I still need to fret about because I don't know what to do or how to do it:
- how to get the kumquat tree over to Linda's without killing it or any of my friends
- how many houseplants to try to keep with me, and whether the rest should be given away or placed in foster care
- whether the stationary bike should go to the storage room or the hotel room or bulie's garage
- what to do with the furniture I'm trying to sell if no one buys it
- et cetera
See, all minor stuff, really. Almost three weeks (and three full weekends) to sort stuff out.
