I tried to fill out the online change-of-address form, and the USPS informs me that it is not valid to forward mail from a home address to a business address. In other words, I can't get mail forwarded to the mail box that I just rented? WTF? Isn't that a perfectly normal thing to do?

Then I tried to pretend I was a business, and it told me that I couldn't forward mail *from* a commercial mail whatchamacallit, which of course is not what I was trying to do. So I don't know if it's just that the USPS web site is stupid, or if I really can't do what I want to do...
