jaeclecticTomorrow is move day.
Mind you, the shower guys will still be finishing up, which I probably should have vetoed (I mean, I should have made them come back next week), but at this point I'm so accustomed to chaos I would hardly know what to think without it.
At one point, I had fond hopes of actually having moved some stuff from the hotel room by now. That was a dream! Thankfully, I have all day Friday to get cleared out of here.
Things are going to be crowded. I still don't know where everything should go. I am sure I'll end up having to get rid of furniture that I can't find a good place for. But I'm going to be there, and I'll sort it all out.
p.s. Actually had a quasi-normal day at work, neither arriving late nor leaving early. That felt quite odd!
p.p.s. The shower guy did not forget to put in the accent row of grey tiles, as I half expected. I wouldn't say it's spectacular, but it looks nice enough, even without my micromanagement :)
