Meanwhile, back at the not-work ranch, it is my birthday eve and I am on vacation again (tomorrow and Friday). Yay!
Things I need to do:
- figure out what I should pack
- pack
- stop at grocery store for some snacks / lunchish items for the road
- coerce $internet_mapping_site into giving me directions home via both 101/128 and Highway 1, so my options will be open
- oh shit, haven't medicated lena yet (just interrupted this to go give her the anti-nausea med, which she hates; the antibiotic, which she loathes so utterly that it makes her foam at the mouth, is yet to come)
- whatever else I'm forgetting
All of this is not aided much by having had a couple of beers with coworkers before heading home. I suppose most (if not all, except of course Lena) will wait until tomorrow!
