home again, jiggedy jig

jaeclecticNot much to say at the moment, since by my body clock it is going on 3:30 AM rather than 7:30 PM. I am trying to stay awake until at least 9 PM.
I am feeling lingering grumpiness because the door-to-door van from SFO chose to drop off people in Richmond before dropping me in Oakland (the last pair in the van were presumably going further south -- I wouldn't have resented it as much if they'd been dropped off first, since she was rather hugely pregnant).
The flight home was tedious but fine.
I'm too groggy to do anything useful, or to say anything interesting, so perhaps I'll go sit on the sofa and read for a bit. Ash is at my feet purring and Lena is pacing the hall, so perhaps they are ready for a cuddle.
