earthquake

As previously noted by ztepfinat0r, there was an earthquake early this AM. From here, it felt very bouncy. It woke me up, disgruntled the cats, and knocked over a bunch of little stuff on shelves in the living room.

I know! Exciting, right? My friend Jess is visiting from the East Coast and so is getting a very *authentic* visit. She thought a truck had hit the house or a tree had fallen on us. The cat didn't seem to notice. I don't think anything was knocked over at our house -- just lots of rattling.
