The guy who is going to refinish my tub was supposed to be here at 9:00. I called at 9:10, he said he was on his way, and sounded rather offended when I asked if he knew his way or needed directions. It is now 9:58, he still hasn't shown up, and if I don't leave soon I'll be late for an 11:00 meeting. Grr.
