constued as "my fault". This was my first time caring for Ash and Lena and I
was unfamiliar with a condition such that Lena had and felt I kept my eye on
her as best I knew how. I am very sorry for the way you feel and hope you
find someone more in tuned with what your needs are.

I don't give a rat's ass how long you've been petsitting, or how many references you may offer, or how good your ratings are on various pet sites. You can't use your "7 years experience" to back yourself up. You fucked up, and that's all there is to it. Own it, bitch!

you are so generous to others failings. it is, honestly ,one of the characteristics i admire so much in you, and wish to emulate.

however, were it me--screw polite six ways to sunday. i'd 've threated to sue, and anything else that would put her ass on notice that this is unacceptable behaviour. this "event" is what she was in place to prevent. and she should be "first up against the wall...' in coping.]

whatever. i'll shut up, i'm just pissed about the whole situation. and feel a strange need to go all ballistic on the sitter.
