There is a bidding war in progress, or at least, I have two job offers.

'Cause the "bidding war" is not salary vs salary, it's salary vs intangibles... i.e., the second offer is significantly less than the first, and probably can't be negotiated up to parity, but does nonetheless have some appealing factors. Well, now I must really think.

Nice to be wanted, anyway!
