jaeclecticDespite intimations of a sinus infection, I did get mildly costumed (black wig plus undead makeup that was apparently way too subtle) and head into The City for Halloween.
Totally worth it just to see James as Andy Warhol and Ben as Plush Cthulu, never mind the rest of the Castro. Altogether worth it to hang out for a while with a bunch of folks I really like (the aforementioned plus Simon, Genevieve, Gen's friend Tom, James' friend Jamie), even if I did fade out and flee for BART at 10:30 or so...
So, today I am paying the price, as that minor sinus foo has transformed into a full-on multi-symptom head cold. But I did manage (with the help of some decongestants *twitch twitch*) to stay alert in class.
