Should I take my laptop to PA? I mean, it's my work PC, not my very own, but as long as it doesn't get lost or stolen...

I wouldn't have to go through internet withdrawal :)

but OTOH I'd have to carry the bloody thing...

That would be great (both the show & tell aspect, and just the general concept of meeting for coffee sometime :)

I too have occasionally pondered the switch to Mac, but I don't think I'm quite ready. The other question is whether I should keep my current desktop and use it as a server, or sell it, or give it to charity... but there's no rush.
